Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGS)

The Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGS) is only available to students enrolled in the EI program. Please refer to the JJ/WBGS webpage for the eligibility of the scholarship.

Students who wish to apply for the Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program must take the following steps.
1) Take and pass the examination fo the Graduate School of Media and Governance applying admission for the following September (Application period II).
2) Apply for JJ/WBGS in March including proof of admission to the Graduate School of Media and Governance.
3) Studies begin in September.

In order to apply to the EI Program, it is necessary to be accepted into the Graduate School of Media and Governance.

A research plan is required as part of your applicaiton, and it is therefore advised that you discuss the details with one of the professors on our staff before you submit your application.
